1. Purpose & Scope
Operon provides an autonomous AI agent operating system designed to automate complex, multi-step workflows. Because agents can interact with external tools, APIs, databases, and third-party SaaS services, all users and organizations must adhere to these guidelines to ensure lawful, safe, and respectful operations.
2. Prohibited Activities
You may not use Operon or configure agents to engage in or facilitate any of the following activities:
- Malicious Code & Cyber Attacks: Developing malware, ransomware, exploit payloads, automated DDoS tools, or scanning unauthorized networks.
- Unlawful Surveillance & Privacy Violations: Scraping personal identifiable information without consent, tracking individuals unlawfully, or bypassing authentication barriers.
- Fraud, Phishing & Deceptive Messaging: Generating deceptive financial schemes, spoofed emails, social engineering campaigns, or mass unsolicited spam.
- Adversarial Model Exploitation: Intentionally deploying prompt injection attacks designed to subvert system safeguards or jailbreak upstream AI providers.
- Harmful or Illegal Content: Generating non-consensual imagery, hate speech, or content promoting violence or self-harm.
3. Human-In-The-Loop (HITL) Responsibilities
Users are responsible for reviewing high-stakes agent deliverables and responding to approval requests flagged in the workspace Inbox. You must ensure you have proper authorization before granting an agent permission to execute write operations (e.g. sending emails, committing code, deleting resources) in connected third-party accounts.
4. Enforcement & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate workspace access immediately if an agent run or account violates this Policy. Suspicious automated activities will be logged to our security audit trail.
To report suspected misuse of the platform, please contact abuse@operon.ai or reach out through our Support page.
