2. The Service
Operon provides tools to run agentic tasks, playbooks, artifact generation, and human-in-the-loop approvals. Features may change as we improve the Service.
3. Accounts and Acceptable Use
You must provide accurate account information, safeguard your credentials, and use the Service lawfully. You may not use Operon to break the law, infringe intellectual property rights, distribute malware, or bypass security controls. See our Acceptable Use Policy for details.
4. Your Content and Runs
You retain all rights and ownership in the content you submit. You are responsible for your goals, playbooks, run outputs, and any actions taken through connected tools.
5. Third-Party Services & Integrations
The Service may connect to third-party tools and models (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Composio). Their respective terms and privacy practices apply to your direct use of them.
6. Fees, Subscriptions & Operon Points (OP)
Paid subscriptions and OP token packages are subject to the pricing displayed at purchase. Failed agent runs are covered under our Instant OP Refund Guarantee as outlined in our Refund Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
Operon and its software, design, branding, and documentation are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the core Service platform to you.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential damages as described in these Terms.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or create security risk for the Service or others.

We may update these Terms by posting an updated version on this page. Continued use after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
