This Privacy Policy explains how Operon ("we", "us", and "our") handles personal information when you use our website, workspace, agent runs, playbooks, and related support services (collectively, the "Service").
2. Information We Collect
We collect account details such as your name and email address; workspace, run, playbook, and output data that you choose to provide; support messages; and limited technical information such as IP address, device and browser information, log data, and cookies. If you connect a third-party integration (e.g. Gmail, Slack, GitHub via Composio), we process the OAuth token and content strictly needed to execute that integration.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to provide and secure the Service, execute the runs you request, troubleshoot issues, respond to support requests, communicate about your account, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or train public AI models on your private data.
4. Sharing and AI Providers
We share information only with authorized service providers that help operate the Service, such as hosting, authentication, payment, email, analytics, and AI-model providers. Run inputs and outputs may be sent to the model or integration provider selected or enabled for your workspace in order to complete your request. 5. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis and any necessary permissions before adding personal data, source material, or third-party credentials to the Service.
6. Retention and Security
We retain information for as long as needed to operate the Service, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and enforce our agreements. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards (including AES-256 Fernet encryption for BYOK keys), but no internet service or storage system is completely secure.
7. Your Choices & Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live (GDPR, CCPA, DPDPA), you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal information. Submit a privacy request through our Support page and we will respond within statutory timelines.
8. International Use and Updates
The Service may be operated and supported from countries other than yours, and your information may be processed in those locations. We may update this Policy when the Service or legal requirements change.
